For over a decade I've walked alongside women as they stopped shrinking, stopped waiting, and stopped handing their power to everyone but themselves. What came next was always the same: they remembered who they were.

My work is rooted in radical self-responsibility, emotional liberation, and the kind of freedom that lives in your bones, not just your mindset.

I spent years unraveling everything I was taught about what it means to be successful, worthy, and enough. Now I build spaces where women stop performing those versions of themselves and come home to the real one.

I show up with softness and fire. I'll hold your hand and call you out in the same breath. Because that's what it actually takes.

I'm based in Canada, raising my beautiful little boy and running a business built on truth, depth, and wild-hearted joy.
